We should stand on His Word and as we branches stay united with the Vine ask in Jesus’ Name and receive. Our musical portion of the podcast begins with a song that sometimes stays in my head for days afterwards, an old song that has blessed generations of believers, I’ve Been Redeemed. Next, we share another of our favorite songs, a classic, I Saw the Light. Then comes an old song from the days of the camp meetings, Listen to Me Devil. Finally, we share another of our homegrown songs, one that shouts a greeting and offers a prayer, The Voice.
Looking into God’s Holy Word we turn to Galatians 3:1-2 and we learn that wandering away from the fact that it is by faith alone that we are saved is always a mistake, for if we add anything at all to faith in Christ, we have traded the Gospel in for a counterfeit.
